The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of APAC Entities: Manage financial accounting and reporting across four APAC entities. Ensure accurate and timely month-end close. Partner with local teams and external advisors to oversee outsourced functions such as payroll.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead regional budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Support revenue tracking, cost control initiatives, and scenario modelling. Provide strategic insights and analytics to the finance leadership and commercial teams.
  • Global Reporting & Collaboration: Contribute to global consolidation, team reporting, and financial performance analysis. Coordinate with teams in Europe and North America to align timelines and processes.
  • Process Improvement & Controls: Drive new initiatives for month-end close to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround time. Help standardize processes and implement scalable solutions across the region. Support the implementation of internal controls and best practices.
  • Business Partnering & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to interpret financial data and support business decision-making. Translate financial performance into actionable insights for senior leadership. Elevate the function by moving beyond "in the weeds" accounting into broader business value-add.

Your Background:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
  • Experience in Financial Services, Real Estate, or a related industry preferred.
  • Strong understanding of entity accounting, ideally with Luxembourg structures would be beneficial.
  • Proven track record in financial reporting, controls (FP&A a bonus).
  • Previous experience from Big Four or leading mid-tier audit firm.
  • Excellent communication skills - you’ll need to confidently engage with stakeholders across regions and disciplines.
  • Hands-on, proactive and commercially minded.
