Job Description
Our client, a leading independent research firm, is looking to grow its team with the addition of a multi-asset strategist with a strong grasp of cross-asset dynamics and fundamentals.
This role is focussed on generating differentiated, short-term (3-month horizon) trade ideas across global FX, credit, and sovereign bonds. The successful candidate will think like an allocator, not a quant, bringing independent, high-conviction views to a highly engaged institutional client base.
Successful candidates will work directly with the Head of Research, a highly respected and well-connected leader in the industry. You will gain direct access to senior mentorship, industry insight and play a pivotal role in shaping high-impact strategic decisions from day one.
Responsibilities

- Develop original 3-month trade ideas across FX, credit, and sovereign bonds.
- Apply macroeconomic insights to asset allocation thinking.
- Produce high-impact, idiosyncratic research content for institutional audiences.
- Operate independently and take ownership of idea generation and delivery.
- Communicate trade ideas clearly and confidently to internal stakeholders and clients
Required Skills & Experience
