Duration: 6-Months

Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office, 2 from home per week

Role start date: August 2025

We are looking for someone with these skills to:

  • Execute a wide range of roadshow products to include Deal, Non Deal roadshows, Pilot fishing, Reverse Roadshows, Field Trips, Investor Days and Expert Speaker Sessions.
  • Handle all event logistics across both in-person and virtual events, to include accommodation, flights, ground transportation, visa applications, venue finding and organisation.
  • Create, manage and distribute schedules.
  • Manage project budgets and consolidate final costings.

Your skills/experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience of roadshow co-ordination (or a similar role) within the investment banking sector.
  • Strong marketing, events & conference management experience within the financial sector.
  • Excellent organisational skills, an eye for detail and work well under pressure, with the ability to manage multiple and complex projects simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Comfortable working independently as well as with the wider team in fast paced environments.
