Our client, a major UK consultancy, is expanding its Public Sector practice and is seeking a Technology Director to lead complex digital and technology-enabled transformation across Home Affairs and Justice organisations. This is a senior leadership role, shaping multi-million-pound programmes that modernise critical services across Home Office, policing, justice and related bodies.
The ideal Technology Director will have:
- Deep experience in Home Affairs / Justice or wider UK public sector, with a strong network across organisations such as Home Office, policing bodies and justice agencies.
- A proven track record of selling and delivering technology-enabled transformation programmes, including digital transformation, cloud-based enterprise applications and complex IT change.
- Broad knowledge of modern technology stacks, including cloud platforms, enterprise applications and integration architectures, and how they combine to deliver tangible client outcomes.
- Demonstrable experience leading senior client interactions, influencing stakeholders at board and executive level and acting as a visible technology transformation leader in the market.
- Strong commercial acumen, comfortable owning revenue targets, driving pipeline and shaping propositions in competitive public-sector markets.
As Technology Director you will:
- Lead the design, sale and delivery of large-scale technology transformation programmes, from digital platforms to complex IT and cloud solutions, across Home Affairs clients.
