The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the electronic FX ecosystem, including ECNs, trading platforms, connectivity and supporting technology, alongside solid product knowledge across FX Spot, Forwards and Swaps. Working closely with the Head of FX Sales, EMEA, you will be responsible for developing new business, growing client relationships and contributing directly to the continued expansion of the firm's FX and Bullion franchise.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Originate and develop new institutional client relationships across FX and Bullion
  • Drive new revenue with a particular focus on electronic trading, platforms, connectivity and technology-led FX solutions
  • Manage pricing and execution across FX Spot, FX Forwards and FX Swaps
  • Take ownership of pricing models and revenue generated from new business
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and convert opportunities into revenue
  • Develop a detailed understanding of the competitive landscape, market developments and client trends to shape sales strategy
  • Work closely with FX coverage teams throughout the client onboarding process and provide ongoing account support
  • Partner with Operations and Settlements to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Liaise with Legal and Compliance to ensure new business complies with internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements
  • Regularly communicate pipeline, revenue targets and performance metrics to the Head of FX Sales, EMEA
  • Attend relevant industry conferences and travel to meet prospective and existing clients

We are looking for an established FX sales professional who combines strong product knowledge with a genuine ability to originate and close new business. You should have:

  • 3+ years' experience in FX Sales, ideally within an institutional environment
  • Strong experience of eFX, electronic trading platforms, ECNs, connectivity and associated technology
  • Deep knowledge of the FX market and products including Spot, Forwards and Swaps
  • Existing and transferable institutional client relationships would be highly advantageous
  • A demonstrable track record of developing new business and generating revenue
  • Experience building and executing successful sales strategies and managing a commercial pipeline
  • Strong client relationship and customer service skills
  • The commercial judgement and credibility to engage effectively with senior stakeholders, including board-level contacts
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • High levels of integrity and a strong commitment to delivering positive outcomes for clients
