About our client
PER has partnered with a growing European Real Assets investor seeking an Analyst to join their newly created Portfolio Management team. This role will focus on portfolio analysis, supporting strategy development and monitoring the performance of existing assets. The Analyst will work closely with senior management and key stakeholders across asset management, transactions, and debt functions, delivering insights and analysis to inform strategic decision-making across the portfolio. As the first hire in this newly launched team within an established European Real Assets investor, this role offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal part in shaping and developing the function.
What the job involves
- Support the preparation of portfolio business plans, valuations, and quarterly reporting
- Build and maintain financial models and performance dashboards to assess returns, risks, and sensitivities
- Assist with bi-annual valuations, coordinating inputs and reconciling internal and external assumptions
- Analyse portfolio performance trends, leasing KPIs, and market intelligence to inform strategic decision-making
- Support the debt management function, including loan origination, refinancing, and servicing support
- Maintain the portfolio debt register, monitoring maturities, covenants, and lender reporting requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between investment, operations, and financing strategies
- Support communication with external stakeholders, including valuers, lenders, and advisors
