THE ROLE

We are hiring a Middle Office Analyst with a strong background in middle office investment operations on a permanent, full-time basis to join a dynamic working environment. The position is based in our London/Zurich office and will support core functions as outlined below.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide support to the Investment Management team to ensure efficient and timely implementation of investment decisions
  • Continuously review FX exposures and execute FX hedging strategy
  • Monitor and validate the fund’s Net Asset Valuation calculations
  • Calculate and review fund performance estimates
  • Oversee and coordinate the client reporting process
  • Maintain and update internal and external systems with investment and product reference data
  • Support product lifecycle events (e.g., onboarding of new funds, fund restructurings, and fund liquidations)
  • Handle internal as well as external ad-hoc requests

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree (BA equivalent) and 5 + years of relevant experience in Operations/Middle Office within the Investment Management industry
  • Solid understanding of financial instruments (fixed income, equities, FX, futures, swaps, etc.)
  • Advanced understanding of fund accounting principles
  • Process-oriented with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with tight delivery schedules
