The Client
Our Client is a highly successful Investment Management and Wealth Management firm.
The Role
This Marketing Manager role will suit an individual who has Marketing Management experience within Financial Services. The highly organised individual will take responsibility for the implementation of the marketing plan, alongside the established Wealth Management Marketing Team. The Marketing Manager role is a generalist marketing role, covering all aspects of the marketing mix.
- Taking responsibility for Marketing Campaigns, Projects and Events alongside other members of the Marketing team.
- Implementing the Wealth Management brand refresh across marketing literature, working with the Head of Marketing and Senior Marketing Manager.
- Taking ownership of marketing activities to support regional office locations and develop client experience strategy to include: implementation of client welcome packs, analysis of results from the firm’s client survey.
- Ownership of client Investment communications, including editing and proofreading of Marketing Investment content, briefing the firm’s graphic designer, working with key stakeholders, managing the sign-off process, distribution.
- Working with the Wealth Management firm’s external PR agency and key stakeholders on award submissions.
The Candidate
- Proven experience (4-5 years minimum) as a generalist Marketing Manager, including Communications experience.
- Marketing Management experience within Financial Services is essential - Professional Services considered.
- A team player with ability to take the lead - team management / Supervisory experience essential!
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and high attention to detail.
