Responsibilities
- Design and deliver a structured, multi-channel marketing plan aligned to commercial objectives.
- Work with distribution and senior leadership to generate measurable pipeline support.
- Prioritise campaigns and products; convert investment strategy into clear, client-ready messaging.
- Lead creation of materials: fund presentations, factsheets, DDQs, newsletters and monthly client reports.
- Oversee bi-monthly fund updates, risk reports and ad hoc documentation.
- Run integrated digital campaigns across email, social media and website targeting fund selectors, private banks, family offices and institutional clients.
- Brief and manage external agencies and translation vendors to maintain quality and consistency.
- Build strong relationships across investment and sales; act as the marketing point of contact.
- Maintain consultant databases and distribution lists; support European audience mapping.
Requirements
- Demonstrable marketing experience within asset management, financial services or professional services.
- Strong working knowledge of investment products; exposure to alternatives, hedge funds, UCITS or multi-asset strategies.
- Excellent investment writing skills; able to produce high-quality content for institutional and wholesale audiences.
- Advanced PowerPoint; intermediate Word and Excel; aptitude for proprietary systems and image editing tools.
- Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation or digital analytics tools (desirable).
- Meticulous with a rigorous approach to compliance and quality review.
- Confident engaging with senior investment professionals and external clients.
