The Opportunity
We're seeking a dynamic, results-driven Account Manager to join our team and take ownership of a portfolio of Staffing and Recruitment Agency clients. In this dual-focused role, you'll be responsible for nurturing and expanding existing accounts while also generating new business opportunities within the staffing sector. You'll act as a trusted advisor to your clients, understanding their placement challenges and providing tailored solutions using eFinancialCareers' suite of recruitment and branding products.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management
- Own and manage a portfolio of staffing agency clients with a focus on customer retention and satisfaction.
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Understand client needs, hiring cycles, and business challenges to deliver consultative, value-driven solutions.
- Deliver regular performance reviews, usage reports, and campaign optimizations.

- New Business Generation
