Eames Consulting are partnered with a well known London Markets Insurer to appoint a Governance Manager into a growing team. This role requires both prior governance experience and an understanding of the Lloyd's Principles and London market practices.
The Governance team is responsible for ensuring co-ordinated and effective governance and operations of major committee and decision makers in the business. In this role, you will ensure the timely execution of agenda, paper and resulting action points appropriate for each committee. You will act as the principal point of contact for operational processes between many teams in the business including Governance, Underwriting Operations and Framework teams.
Previous Experience:
- Strong operational skills to support complex processes across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Experience of working within a Secretariat Function.
- Awareness of Lloyd's and London market practices, operations and financial structure.
- Familiarity with the commercial insurance market, insurance company functions, process and risk management.
