Insurance/Asset Management
Location: no set office days - base flexi
Rate: £700 - £800
Role is to provide tactical solutions, data lake, data integrity type expertise. Some work will be project work and some more fluid BAU, requests coming in the front door to assimilate and 10-15 day cycle to look at business requirements and design solutions/decisions to see which should be prioritised etc.
Background:
- Azure background - platform capability, azure data factory and data bricks
- Microsoft / broad tech background but not too broad that not very knowledgeable in any
- Translate business requirements into designs, ensure smooth transition to engineering team
- Gravitas and knowledge
- Make design decisions
- Good communication skills, able to translate business requirements and articulate to engineers
- Documentation skills
Desirable:
- Engineering background i.e. able to be hands on and provide proof of concept
- ML - Ops (machine learning)
