We're partnering with a major financial services name that combines 25 years of bulk annuity heritage with the energy and ambition of a recently re-established force in the market. In the last 12 months they've written £1.5bn of new business, launched a genuinely alternative proposition to traditional buy-ins, and are targeting £3-£4bn of transactions by 2027. Backed by a robust balance sheet and a differentiated insurer asset manager model, they're building serious momentum. They're now hiring into their Origination & Execution team.
This is a high-impact, front-line role:
- Originating and executing buy-ins, buyouts & alternative de-risking deals
- Structuring complex transactions and leading trustee/adviser negotiations
- Driving end-to-end deal delivery across pricing, investment, longevity, capital & legal
- Helping shape innovative solutions that stand out in a competitive market
Looking for commercially sharp PRT professionals with transaction experience - consultancy or insurer background welcome. Level can be flexed (Associate Director or Director) depending on experience.
