Responsibilities:
- Provide support for client onboarding and post-sale services across the firm's suite of open ended evergreen (semi-liquid) funds.
- Manage fund onboarding operations across distributor platforms in EMEA and Asia.
- Support Fund Administrator investor onboarding through coordination with Transfer Agency and compliance teams, handling operational and client service duties for the fund platform.
- Maintain active relationships between distributor/private banks' middle office teams, third-party service providers, internal business units, and Fund Administrator teams.
- Develop and maintain expertise in private bank and investor dealing operational platforms and processes.
- Design and implement systems and processes to enhance investor service delivery.
- Create and maintain documentation for operational procedures covering investor maintenance and reporting across various investor and distributor relationships.
- Innovate solutions to enhance investor and distributor experience while minimising risk and optimising processes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for issue resolution, providing comprehensive analysis and solutions to Head of the Investor Services team.
- Support strategic initiatives including new fund launches and process optimisation projects.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Understanding of private wealth clients and distribution channels.
- Experience in investor servicing, reporting, onboarding, and operations.
- Knowledge of open-ended evergreen funds, including Luxembourg UCI Part II.
- Strong relationship management capabilities.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal, with close attention to detail.
- Collaborative approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
