Responsibilities

• Lead corporate activity delivery for the business
• Support the Head of Investment Companies and business team IC leads in the day-to-day management of the companies
• Develop the technical knowledge of earlier career-stage team members
• Ensure accuracy of reporting and documentation
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, including fund accounting, compliance, operations, and other core functions
• Drive successful execution of significant corporate transactions

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree preferred
• 8 years + experience within an asset management firm as an Investment Specialist, Product Manager, Client Portfolio Manager, or product strategist.
• Excellent knowledge of listed investment companies and corporate finance
• Experience working with investment trusts/companies and/or CFA/CAIA charter
• Core understanding of the legal and regulatory environment
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
• Strong understanding of the competitive landscape
• Ability to understand client needs and translate them into market-leading products
