  • Provide structured analytical and coordination support for investment decision making activity, including acting as a bridge between internal teams and external providers.
  • Support the development of additional internal capabilities, reducing dependency on external providers where appropriate.

You will be comfortable working with senior stakeholders, coordinating activity across multiple teams and improving processes in a practical, scalable way. Experience in investment governance, investment operations, risk, compliance, governance or a related financial services environment.

Strong understanding of governance processes, control frameworks, audit trails and process documentation. Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate stakeholders and drive activity through to completion. Confidence working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, including Risk, Compliance, Governance, Technology, Marketing and Communications. Analytical capability and attention to detail, with the ability to provide structured support to investment process activity and improvement. A continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and work with Technology teams to improve workflows and controls. Clear communication skills, with the ability to maintain governance materials, process collateral and internal content for a range of audiences.
