Job Description

You will be required to gain a thorough understanding of all front-to-back business flows and assist with any adhoc tasks.

The position requires strong organizational skills, a strong attention to detail and an ability to manage a number of tasks at once, adhering to tight deadlines.

The candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling high levels of risk, should have an understanding and appreciation of trading, risk oversight and compliance and capable of working in a fast paced, deadline driven, high-volume environment.

The Operation Analyst will be primarily responsible for daily reconciliations and ad hoc trade queries revolving around settlement, same day trade matching and broker queries.

There is also a requirement to assist with project work for ongoing business initiatives.

• Have an in depth understanding of the mechanics, practical applications and processing of Equity (swap and cash) Fixed income, Credit, Swap, Futures and FX products.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to prioritize in a fast moving, high pressure, constantly changing environment; High sense of urgency

• Strong organizational and problem solving skills

• Must be able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

• Must be able to work independently

• Strong Excel knowledge

• Quick learner, Detail oriented; Demonstrable thoroughness and strong ownership of work

• Good team player with a strong willingness to participate and help others
