As the Head of Technology, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading technology evolution. You’ll develop and implement innovative solutions to support investment research, trading, fund accounting, compliance, and operational processes. By fostering a collaborative and agile environment, you’ll enhance efficiency, ensure compliance, and empower teams across the firm.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute the firm's technology strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and inspire a high-performing technology team and external providers.
• Oversee the technology budget, ensuring cost-effective investments.

Infrastructure & Security

• Optimize and secure technology infrastructure, collaborating with an MSP for core services.
• Maintain robust cybersecurity frameworks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

Applications & Data

• Enhance data management and governance strategies to support analytics and reporting.
• Drive application integration to meet the needs of trading, operations, and compliance teams.
• Develop and oversee advanced data analytics frameworks, including AI and generative tools.

Innovation & Vendor Management

• Stay ahead of technology trends, leveraging emerging tools for competitive advantage.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and negotiate optimal contracts.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in technology leadership within financial services or a similar field.
• Strong track record in team management, stakeholder collaboration, and project delivery.
• Expertise in regulatory compliance, data governance, and cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, O365, Power Platform
• Experience with advanced data analytics, AI tools, and software development.
• Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a solutions-oriented approach.
