Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth fundamental credit research on Emerging Market corporate bonds.
- Management, oversight, and training of the credit research team.
- Provide relative value recommendations to portfolio managers across the capital structure.
- Present investment ideas to the Investment Committee and Portfolio Managers and actively partake in portfolio decisions and discussions.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree (min 2.1).
- Excellent academic background in Finance (CFA or Masters preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in credit research (ideally on the buy-side).
- Strong experience in Emerging Market credit research across IG and HY corporate bonds.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passionate and driven.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- High conviction.
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to present investment recommendations clearly.
- Fluent in English (additional European language desirable).
