A leading Employer Solutions team in London is searching for an Employment Tax Senior Associate / Assistant Manager to join their team in London. This employer offers flexible and agile working, study support through ATT and CTA, a yearly discretionary bonus, minimum 25 days holiday with the ability to buy/sell, and much, much more!

Role responsibilities

  • Support and deliver advisory projects including: PAYE/NIC, benefits, expenses, termination payments, cost reduction/reward strategy, employment status (IR35, Umbrella), CIS, NMW and payroll governance
  • Assist with PSAs, P11D reviews, employer compliance checks and year-end processes
  • Prepare and review advisory notes, calculations, technical reports and HMRC correspondence
  • Actively support business development activities
  • Review work prepared by junior colleagues, providing coaching and feedback

Your experience

  • Part or fully qualified in ATT or CTA
  • Strong Employment Tax knowledge and experience
  • Clear and confident communication skills - written and verbal
  • Collaborative approach
