Job Summary: The Head of FP&A leads the Group's planning, forecasting and performance insight to support confident and well-informed decision-making at both a group-wide and a business segment level. The role strengthens financial understanding across the organisation, ensuring senior leaders receive clear, timely and actionable analysis. As an Integration Leader, the role focuses on ensuring consistent inputs, outputs and analytical standards. This requires managing a team of six people, with additional support in India, developing the team's ways of working, and embedding process improvements. It involves strong collaboration with a wide range of Finance contributors and partnership with the wider business.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the Group's planning and forecasting processes, ensuring consistency and integration across Finance contributors and business areas.
- Key outputs include the Group's annual business plan and quarterly forecasts, together with related deliverables for each of our business segments and remuneration forecasts.
- Work closely with upstream Finance teams to ensure the accuracy, clarity and timeliness of inputs into FP&A processes.
