Successful candidates are likely:

-to be at the VP1 – Director 2 level, working within a leading global universal investment bank (sector team, M&A or UK team depending on experience), elite boutique, mid-market investment bank, specialist boutique or big 4 accountancy practice.

-to have considerable transactions experience, with particular focus on sell-side processes

-to have genuine interest in the consumer sector, across Food, Beverages, Beauty and HPC

-Used to working in a fast paced enironment and with international colleauges

-pan-European languages advantageous
