In this role, you’ll work closely with portfolio managers and researchers, uncovering insights from complex and unstructured datasets – including consumer trends and behavioural data – to help shape investment decisions. You'll also help build the tools and visualisations that bring data to life for the broader team
What You’ll Be Doing:
-
- Exploring alternative and behavioural datasets related to listed equities
- Creating intuitive dashboards and internal tools for investment teams
- Turning messy or unstructured data into actionable investment insights
- Collaborating across teams including quants and fundamental PMs
- Contributing to the build-out of the team’s data infrastructure and analytics stack
What We’re Looking For:
-
- A strong academic background in a quantitative field (maths, statistics, computer science, etc.)
- Hands-on experience coding in Python or R
- Exposure to working with unstructured or alternative datasets
- Interest in public markets and investment strategy
- Strong communication skills – you can explain data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Bonus: Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Plotly)
Why This Role?
-
- Be part of a collaborative, intellectually curious culture
- Take real ownership of your projects from day one
- Access to continuous learning and professional development
- Make a broader impact through philanthropic initiatives and purpose-led work
