We are seeking a Senior Angular UI Engineer to join Banking Technology team for Opus Capital Management strategic transformation.
Ideal candidate would be willing to pick up AI assisted backend changes.
You will design and deliver enterprise‑grade web application platforms, leveraging AI development tools (e. g.
Copilot, Devin).
This role demands end‑to‑end ownership, hands‑on technical delivery and ability to lead design discussion within small high‑autonomy squad.
The ideal candidate is AI‑first in mindset, quick learner and passionate for the quality and reliability of code deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build business requirements on microservices architecture platform used by senior bankers globally
- Full stack implementation from Angular frontend to Java/Spring Boot backend and Mongo DB/MSSQL data layer
- Strong fundamentals in systems analysis, design patterns, SDLC including unit/integration test and CI/CD practices.
- Leverage AI coding agents for accelerated engineering
- Critically review, test requirements and own deliverables ensuring structural integrity, security compliance and production readiness.
- Strong communication skills with Product & Engineers in global squad on integrations
- Learn and apply Corporate Banking domain knowledge
- Required Skills & Experience
- Significant hands‑on experience with Angular, Type Script, HTML5
- Proven experience of API first solution – REST, Graph QL
- Experience designing & implementing large‑scale platforms using microservices architecture
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery teams & incremental frequent releases.
- Database design and queries in RDBMS & No SQL – Highly desirable
- Ideal candidate would have experience in Java & Spring framework OR willing to pick up knowledge
- Spec driven development understanding – Desirable
