- Relationship with global LPs

High-level job description:
- London-based with global travel
- Sourcing, executing and managing global energy infrastructure assets
- Working closely with the CIO/ Managing Partners
Deal Generation:
- Lead origination efforts
- Maintain deal pipeline
- Build network of industry contacts
Deal Evaluation:
- Lead evaluation and execution of potential transactions
- Conduct commercial and financial due diligence
- Manage DD process and prepare recommendations
- Negotiate transaction agreements and financing documents
- Monitor and enhance portfolio value
- Participate on the Board of Directors of investments
- Work with management and operating teams on the ground on construction of assets, performance and value creation initiatives
- Assist with reporting to investors
- Prepare investment for exit
- Work with IR team on meetings with LPs
- Assist with product development ahead of fundraising
- Working closely with the Head of Sustainability to integrate sustainability into all activities of the investment group
- Promote the value of the firm externally
- Co-Chair / Lead Sponsor on the Investment Committee

Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in a ‘real assets’ fund with a leading alternative asset manager
- Excellent interpersonal skills, exceptional at building relationships with colleagues, management teams, advisors and being seen as the trusted and experienced individual
- True team player and leader, inspiring and driving the investment team
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter
