Human Resources Internship Opportunity
Duration : 6 months
Start Date : Immediate (early June at the latest)
Location: Must have the legal right to work in the host country

Role Overview:
This internship offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to begin a career in Human Resources. The role provides exposure to a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, learning and development, compensation and benefits, payroll, and workplace culture initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR team with ongoing projects and day-to-day operations
- Prepare and maintain employee documentation such as contracts, letters, and references
- Support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, internal changes, and offboarding
- Contribute to HR initiatives focused on wellbeing, diversity, and internal policy updates
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the wider HR function
Candidate Profile:
- Well-organized with strong time management skills
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to work confidentially and meet deadlines
- Shows enthusiasm for developing a career in HR
- Previous experience in an office or internship setting is advantageous
- Currently studying for or recently completed a university-level degree
