Shawbrook's ThinCats brand is seeking a Senior Director to lead origination and execution for Independent Sponsor transactions in the UK lower mid-market. You will own client and sponsor relationships, structure complex facilities and drive equity certainty to completion.
You will manage deal teams, work with risk, credit and finance partners, and uphold governance and conduct standards while developing the ThinCats franchise.
