About The Role
You will be an integral part of the Licensing team, reporting to the Licensing Team Lead. This role is perfect if you are self‑organised and take initiative, while supporting account managers and ensuring optimal license usage. You will ensure that every quote is accurate, every partner discount is leveraged, and every proposal reflects the agreed‑upon strategy, enabling a seamless "Quote‑to‑Cash" process.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Prepare offers for software licenses.
- Process orders and manage them from start to finish.
- Support and advise sales colleagues and customers on questions and issues related to software licenses.
- Maintain license information: stay up‑to‑date on changes regarding technology partners' licences and share this information with sales teams and customers.
- Communicate directly with technology partners (e.g. Atlassian, GitHub, AWS) to obtain price quotes and stay updated on the latest information about their software licences, including discount structures.
- Lead the licence renewal process: ensure clients’ licences are renewed efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with teams across the organisation – sales, licences and finance teams.
Who we are looking for:
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a detail‑oriented and thorough approach.
- Proactive and self‑motivated, with a drive for continuous improvement.
- Excellent collaboration skills, able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Hold a commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
Desired Skills And Qualifications:
- Some experience in licence management or a bid office is a plus, though full training will be provided.
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce and Google Suite.
- Licencing experience in the tech sector.
- Proficiency in at least one other language used in our operations is a plus.
