EFI is looking for a Logistic & Shipment specialist to join Ink Manufacturing unit in Bradford.

What Will You Be Doing?
· Coordinate export shipments, ensuring accurate and timely documentation and customs compliance.
· Handle export quotations, pricing, and negotiations with shipping lines.
· Prepare and manage export documentation including bills of lading, invoices, and certificates.
· Oversee customer and intercompany shipments from start to finish, providing customers with regular status updates.
· Work closely with customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth export process.
· Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and billing information.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

We are looking for candidates who possess:
· A strong understanding of land, sea and air freight operations and customer service excellence.
· Proficiency in using SAP system and MS Office.
· Excellent organisational and communication skills, with an attention to detail.
· The ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive approach to achieving departmental and company goals.
