About the role
We are seeking a professional and personable College Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for EFI Group. This pivotal front-of-house role is responsible for delivering a high-quality, inclusive service to students, staff, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming, safe, and well-organised environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and a clear commitment to delivering outstanding customer service within a college setting.
About you
Qualifications: Good general level of education, including English (Grade C/4 or equivalent), and a First Aid qualification or willingness to undertake training.
Experience: Experience working in a college, school, front-of-house, or customer-focused environment.
Expertise: Proven ability to deliver high-quality front-of-house or customer service experiences.
Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and visitors, alongside strong organisational and time management skills.
Values: A commitment to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment, and to contributing to a high-quality, student-centred front-of-house service.

Salary:
From £26,550 to £29,500 per annum, subject to qualifications and experience
