Job Description
EFG Harris Allday, is seeking a highly motivated Senior Investment Assistant. This senior role is integral in supporting our Client Relationship Officers (CROs) with advanced client-related administration, ensuring smooth operations and fostering strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Client Administration and Support
  • Advanced Transaction Management: Oversee complex client transfers, payments, and foreign exchange operations with a high level of accuracy.
  • Strategic Client Interaction: Engage with clients and internal stakeholders such as Operations, Compliance, and offshore entities to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve advanced queries.
  • Product Promotion: Promote, recommend, and arrange sophisticated banking and investment products and services within the scope of your certification.

Proposition & Productivity
  • Strategic Relationship Development: Support CROs in acquiring high-value clients and nurturing existing relationships through targeted cross-selling, strategic marketing campaigns, and exclusive events.
  • Market Expertise: Stay at the forefront of industry, socio-economic, and regulatory developments to provide expert advice and support.
  • Innovative Leadership: Lead the contribution of ideas to enhance business operations and client satisfaction, driving continuous improvement.
  • Customer Commitment: Ensure fair treatment of clients, acting in their best interest and providing transparent, efficient, and professional service.

  • Account Management: Conduct thorough due diligence for new account openings, ensuring accuracy and completeness in client documents.

  • Portfolio Monitoring: Oversee client portfolios to ensure optimal investment strategies, compliance with regulations, and prompt responses to market changes.
  • Administrative Leadership: Lead report writing, consolidate meeting notes, and develop advanced investment proposals.
  • Research: Conduct in-depth company research and regularly update investment write-ups.
  • Event Communication: Research significant corporate events and compose strategic client communications.
  • Relationship Management: Support the CRO team in managing high-value client relationships and addressing advanced day-to-day requirements and queries.

Skills and experience
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated Fit & Proper competent status in the most recent certified role.
  • CISI Level 4 Qualification - with an ambition to reach Level 6 qualification within 24 months of starting supported by EFG
  • Membership of CISI.
  • Extensive experience in investment assistance and client relationship management.
