b Overview /b p In this role you will lead the Fund Services Division within EFG Wealth Solutions (Jersey) Limited, driving commercial strategy and sustainable growth. You will oversee governance, accounting, and fiduciary services while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management. As a member of the executive team, you will liaise with regulators, clients and stakeholders to uphold EFGIJ’s reputation as a leading fund services provider. You will shape strategic direction, promote client retention, and lead high-performance teams across administration, operations and finance. This is a high-visibility, impact-driven leadership role at the intersection of finance, regulation and client service. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Define and execute the commercial strategy with revenue, margin and growth targets for the Fund Services Division. /li li Drive business development by originating and managing new pipelines and negotiating terms with clients and intermediaries. /li li Act as a commercial ambassador, strengthening market positioning through events, forums, and strategic alliances. /li li Provide functional leadership for administration, operations, governance and accounting teams with strict regulatory and risk adherence. /li li Oversee budgeting, pricing and profitability initiatives to improve divisional performance. /li li Foster a high-performance culture, develop talent, and manage performance within the team. /li li Strengthen client relationship management and ensure integrated solutions across EFG. /li li Enhance governance, risk and compliance frameworks in line with funds law and internal standards. /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Recognised professional qualification meeting Jersey FSC Table 4 requirements /li li At least 10 years’ senior leadership experience in an offshore financial services organisation /li li Extensive knowledge of funds law, regulation, governance, compliance and risk management /li li Strong financial and commercial management skills including budgeting and profitability analysis /li li Proven track record leading multi-disciplinary teams and delivering high-quality client service /li li Confident communicator with regulators, clients and senior stakeholders /li li Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages advantageous /li /ul ul li leadership /li li strategic thinking /li li relationship management /li li funds law /li li regulatory compliance /li li risk management /li /ul
