It is a French accountancy firm with multiple offices developing its activity in the UK and is looking for a French or Portuguese speaking Practice Manager. The Accounting Practice Manager will manage a small team of accountants and will develop the business in the UK.

As a qualified Accountant, you will be in charge of the clients' tax and statutory filing. You will also advise existing clients and potential clients about the local accounting practice. You will report to the Partner in France.

In our office located in London, you are working on French or on English bookkeeping and accounts preparation:

  • Knowledge and hands-on experience of French or Portuguese / English accounting standards
  • Performing bank reconciliations
  • Preparation up to Trial Balance
  • Preparing Final Accounts for review, with all lead schedules
  • Knowledge and experience in double entry bookkeeping, for preparation of management accounts
  • Knowledge and experience of Sage accounting package is an advantage
  • Preparation of VAT returns, CIS returns, RTI and PAYE/NIC declarations
