Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience in the construction industry dealing with Main/General/Principal for at least 3 years (mandatory)
- Track record of making agreements and influencing Main/General/Principal contractors
- English C1/C2 (mandatory); Other languages are a plus
- Goal oriented and initiative-taking self-starter
- UK citizen or have a valid permanent residence and/or working visa for more than 2 years in the UK (mandatory)
- Greater London (preferred)
- National Travel is required
Main Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in top-tier main contractors (Tier 1) involved in high-rise construction projects. Serve as the primary point of contact for major clients, understanding their unique requirements, project specifications, and challenges. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering innovative technical solutions that meet their construction needs and align with industry trends.
- Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the high-rise sector, focusing on securing key contracts and partnerships with main contractors. Develop and execute strategic account development plans to drive growth, profitability, and long-term partnerships. Work closely with the technical team to deliver presentations and demonstrations of products and services to clients. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements that maximize value for both the company and clients.
- Project Management and Coordination: Collaborate across the organisation to ensure seamless delivery of solutions from proposal to project completion. Oversee key projects, ensuring that client expectations are met and technical solutions are implemented according to the contract. Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments within the high-rise construction sector, providing insights to the leadership team. Prepare reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market intelligence.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's portfolio of technical solutions, including materials, software, and innovative technologies used. Stay informed about competitors' offerings and industry advancements, ensuring our solutions remain competitive and differentiated.
