We are seeking a senior Key Account Manager to expand our footprint in the UK by managing strategic clients and promoting our flashing and sealing systems for the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and grow business opportunities in the roofing and façade sector, especially with contractors and distributors.
- Promote building envelope solutions, focusing on waterproofing, sealing, and flashing products.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and manage long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide custom solutions for complex projects.
- Stay informed on industry innovations and regulations impacting the building envelope sector.
Mandatory Requirements:
- 5-10+ years' experience in technical sales within construction/building envelope or building materials.
- Solid track record working with contractors, roofing companies, or distributors.
- English - Native.
- Based in the Greater London Area.
