Our consultants provide flexible support to clients whether it is a rapid assessment, short term savings realization or embedding in a long-term partnership to deliver lasting and measurable value to clients.
What will you be doing?
- Managing complex workstreams or multiple smaller workstreams, often supported by junior resources.
- Managing more junior consultants on projects, ensuring Efficio methodologies and processes are followed.
- Driving complex analysis where data is hard to access and using expertise to creatively develop conclusions and recommended solutions.
- Advising clients and designing solutions that address complex needs, achieve sustainable results, and demonstrate real impact.
- Effectively managing and owning the relationship with senior stakeholders.
- Planning and preparing documentation for own workstream.
- Participating in the recruitment process of potential junior consultants.

- Experience (or an interest) in strategic sourcing, procurement transformation, supply chain, operations, infrastructure, or capital projects.
- A proven track record of working closely with senior client stakeholders.
- Deep analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to isolate key issues and draw sound conclusions.
- A strong grasp of detail and a 'hands-on' approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
