We have offices in North America (New York and Chicago), Mexico, Denmark, Germany, Lisbon, London (HQ), Fareham, UAE and KSA. In our UK office, we have a burgeoning Public Sector practice and we are currently seeking a Bid Coordinator/Specialist (depending on experience) to join our Public Sector Business Development team. This person will lead the preparation and submission of compelling, client-focused bids that align with Efficio's strategic goals and enhance our success in winning new business.
What will you be doing?
- Manage the end-to-end bid process, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of proposals that meet client requirements and Efficio standards.
- Ensure that all bids are suitably qualified in line with Efficio's qualification process.
- Conduct formal kick off meetings, with responsibilities and timescales documented and agreed.
- Key point of contact for gathering and collation of materials from all relevant contributors.
- Proactively engage with internal stakeholders to progress and chase input to bids, escalating issues where appropriate.
- Coâordinate bid reviews to the appropriate level, ensuring that all bids are comprehensively reviewed at each stage in the process and approval/signâoff by the relevant parties.
- Identify, mitigate or escalate risk on bids.
- Liaise with clients to clarify requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of client challenges and priorities.
- Proactively assist with the monitoring of tender portals and RFP notices to identify and qualify relevant opportunities.
- Assist in the maintenance of reusable content, including templates, case studies, and success stories, to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Assistance in post bid submission work such as presentation to clients and clarifications.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on bid progress, pipeline, and success metrics.
- Ensure all proposals adhere to Efficio's quality, legal, and financial standards.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
