An established electrical wholesale business in St. Helens is looking to recruit a Warehouse Manager to join their growing team. This is a hands-on role combining warehouse operations, team supervision, and trade counter support. Our client is looking for someone who is hard working, enthusiastic, and wants to progress within the business.
The Role
- Managing warehouse and trade counter staff
- Delegating daily workload across the team
- Picking and preparing customer orders
- Booking goods in and out
- Organising van runs for delivery drivers
- Stock control and warehouse organisation
- Serving customers on the trade counter
- Completing monthly health & safety checks
- Emergency lighting and fire alarm testing
- Overseeing forklift truck and van maintenance
Requirements
- Warehouse management experience within electrical wholesale
- FLT licence
- Full driving licence
- Hard-working, organised, and keen to progress within the business
Hours/Days
7am - 5pm - Monday to Friday
1 in 4 Saturday mornings (paid as overtime)
