We're currently working with a growing and well-established facilities management business that is looking to add an experienced Gas Engineer to their team covering the Bridgwater area.
This is a strong opportunity for a domestic Gas Engineer who wants consistent, year-round work across social housing and some private properties, with full support from a well-organised office team - giving you the autonomy to focus on delivering quality work.
There is also scope to develop into renewables, with training available for engineers interested in gaining experience with ASHP systems.
- Servicing and maintaining boilers and fires
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out safe, efficient repairs
- Ensuring all work complies with Gas Safe and H&S regulations
- Completing job reports accurately and on time
- Building strong, professional relationships with tenants and clients
- Attending toolbox talks and safety updates
- Maintaining high standards of van stock, uniform and presentation
- Carrying out regular vehicle and equipment checks
- Participating in standby/on-call rota
Travel is kept as local as possible across the Taunton area.

- Proven experience as a domestic Gas Engineer
- ACS qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1 & CKR1
- Strong fault-finding and mechanical knowledge
- Full UK driving licence
- Professional, reliable and customer-focused attitude

- Unvented qualification (desirable)
