We are looking for an experienced Commercial Plumber to join a growing building services company, working across a variety of commercial sites throughout London. This is a mobile, hands-on role covering the installation, maintenance, fault finding and repair of commercial plumbing and mechanical systems.
The Role
- Carrying out commercial plumbing installations, repairs and maintenance
- Completing first and second fix plumbing works
- Fault finding and diagnosing plumbing and mechanical system issues
- Testing and commissioning systems
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with current regulations
- Completing job sheets, reports and relevant paperwork accurately
- Working independently across customer sites
- Participating in an out-of-hours call-out rota when required
- Providing a professional service to customers at all times
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working as a Plumber within commercial environments
- Confidence in carrying out both maintenance and installation work
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating, or equivalent
- Previous commercial plumbing experience
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Experience with installation, maintenance and repairs
- Good knowledge of relevant Health & Safety requirements
- Ability to work independently as a mobile engineer
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Full UK Driving Licence

- £40,000 - £60,000 OTE
