A Bristol based charity fundraising call centre is expanding and requires experienced fundraisers to join the team. The job is work from home indefinitely. You must have your own decent modern computer, a USB or wireless headset with microphone, and a broadband connection with an upload speed above 8 Mbps and a download speed above 25 Mbps.
Qualifications:
- Recent call handling and fundraising experience
- Good communication skills on the phone
- Decent laptop or computer with USB or wireless headset
Responsibilities:
- Work an 8‑hour day (7 hours paid), five days a week between 12:00‑20:00 Monday to Friday, plus one Saturday 10:30‑18:30 if desired. Working Saturday earns a day off in the week.
- Complete 60 hours of service to receive training pay. The first 2 days of online Zoom training (14 hours) are held back until you complete 60 hours.
- Participate in a telephone interview with script‑based roleplay.
- Meet a target of 15 sign‑ups per week. If you hit the target you earn an extra £1.50 per hour, and each sign‑up beyond the minimum is paid at £17.50 per hour.
Compensation:
- £13.55 per hour for experienced fundraisers with commission opportunities;
- £12.71 per hour for candidates without experience.
