We're currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected lift engineering business that is looking to add an experienced Lift Engineer to its service team covering the Bristol/SW area. The Role
You'll be responsible for the service, maintenance, fault finding and repair of a wide range of lift equipment across your designated patch. The role involves working on a standby rota and requires a flexible approach to customer requirements.
What We're Looking For
- NVQ Level 3 or 4 (or equivalent) in Lift Engineering, or currently working towards it.
- Previous experience in lift service, maintenance and repair.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Experience maintaining a variety of lift types, including modern MRL traction lifts and equipment from multiple manufacturers.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable using smartphones and tablets to manage jobs and complete electronic paperwork.
- Based in or around Bristol, or willing to relocate.
