Requirements:
- Recent call handling and fundraising experience
- Good communication skills on the phone
- Own modern computer and USB or wireless headset with a microphone
- Broadband internet connection (upload ≥ 8 Mbps, download ≥ 25 Mbps)
Schedule:
- 8‑hour day (7 paid) Monday‑Friday between 12:00‑20:00
- Optional Saturday 10:30‑18:30 with a day off in the week
Compensation:
- £13.55 per hour for experienced fundraisers (OTE commission opportunities)
- Candidates without experience start at £12.71 per hour
Target & Commission:
- 15 sign‑ups per week to earn an extra £1.50 per hour (on‑target base rate)
- Each sign‑up beyond the minimum target is paid £17.50
Training & On‑boarding:
- Telephone interview with a script‑based roleplay
- Regular remote training sessions on Zoom; training pay held until 60 hours of service after the initial 14‑hour Zoom training
