We are looking for an experienced Commercial Plumber to join a growing building services company carrying out a varied range of plumbing and heating works across domestic and commercial properties in Kent/South-East. This is a hands-on role suited to a Commercial Plumber who is confident working independently, investigating faults and completing repairs and installations to a high standard.

The Role

  • Investigating leaks and carrying out repairs
  • Completing plumbing installations and remedial works
  • Carrying out isolations and drain-downs within blocks and boiler rooms
  • Repairing and replacing radiators
  • Repairing and replacing waste pipework
  • Diagnosing plumbing and heating system issues
  • Carrying out general pipework repairs and alterations
  • Identifying additional works required while on site
  • Completing relevant job sheets and documentation
  • Liaising professionally with customers and other contractors
  • Maintaining safe working practices at all times

The Commercial Plumber will be expected to manage their workload effectively and take responsibility for completing works safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

The Person

  • NVQ Level 2 Plumbing or equivalent
  • Ideally 8+ years' plumbing experience
  • Strong commercial and domestic plumbing experience
  • Good knowledge of plumbing and heating systems
  • Experience investigating and repairing leaks
  • Experience with radiators, pipework and waste systems
  • Experience working within blocks and boiler rooms
  • Good fault-finding ability
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good customer-facing and communication skills
  • Own hand tools
  • Full UK driving licence

The position would particularly suit a Commercial Plumber with a strong maintenance and repair background who is comfortable working across a variety of properties and environments.
