Trainee Cavity Wall Insulation Installer
Max Energy is looking for reliable, hardworking and motivated people to join our team as Trainee Cavity Wall Insulation Installers.
No previous insulation experience is essential, as full training will be provided! If you enjoy practical, hands-on work and are keen to learn, this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for.
What will you be doing?
- Learning how to carry out cavity wall insulation installations.
- Using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Following installation procedures and quality standards.
- Working safely on site and following health and safety guidelines.
- Representing Max Energy professionally when working at customer properties.
- Working as part of a team to deliver a high standard of service.
Please note - you may be required to drive up to 2 hours to our site locations across the South West.
What are we looking for?
- A full driving licence ideally permitting you to drive a 7.5-tonne vehicle - or be willing to undergo training.
- A valid CSCS card - or be willing to obtain one before starting
- Must be aged 21 or over for insurance purposes.
- A reliable, hardworking and positive attitude.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Confidence using hand tools and power tools, or a willingness to develop these skills through training.
- Previous experience in construction, insulation or property maintenance would be beneficial, but is not essential.
