This role is perfect for someone early in their digital marketing or agency career who is eager to learn and gain hands-on experience across account management, delivery and digital campaigns. You'll be supporting the account management team across a broad range of tasks, from internal coordination and scheduling to client communications and project delivery. Working across a portfolio of clients that includes our core mix of Travel, Culture and Property. This role will span both marketing and digital delivery giving the person in it a well-rounded experience. The successful person will be trained on the specifics of property marketing and will be responsible for delivering a hands-on property listing strategy alongside the Senior Account Manager.
What You'll Do- Client Support & Communication
- Support the account team with day-to-day client communications, ensuring same-day professional responses.
- Help maintain accurate records of briefs, decisions, feedback and approvals in our systems.
- Join client calls and meetings, taking minutes and capturing actions.
- Project Co-ordination
- Assist with scheduling tasks and tracking project progress.
- Support the preparation of timelines, quotes, and proposals.
- Liaise with internal teams (Design, Marketing, Development, PM) to ensure updates are delivered on time.
- Monthly reporting on project progress and efficiency.
- Delivery Support
- Assist in preparing briefs and tickets for the Design, Marketing and Development teams.
- Support quality assurance by reviewing deliverables against the scope.
- Help prepare final reporting documents and presentations for clients.
- Hands-on delivery of property listings to marketing portals for a key client.
- Tools and Processes
- Learn and use our project and resourcing tools, including Productive.io, JIRA and Confluence.
- Help identify inefficiencies in delivery and suggest improvements where appropriate.
- 1+ years’ experience in a creative, marketing, or digital agency environment (or internship equivalent).
- Great attitude and a team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Strong organisation and time management skills.
- Confident communicator both written and verbal.
- Eagerness to learn how digital projects are scoped, built and delivered.
- Proactive attitude and a willingness to pitch in across tasks.
- An interest in digital marketing, websites, or UX is a bonus.
- Flexible Working: Work from home on Wednesday and Thursday (post-probation).
