We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist with experience with Marketing Cloud to join our team for a 12-month maternity cover. This pivotal role will support our marketing and student operations teams and will be responsible for maintaining, building and executing our customer marketing and communication journeys in Marketing Cloud, working across multiple languages and different stages of the lifecycle.
You will work closely with both teams, putting ideas to canvas in building and optimizing high quality CRM journeys across all stages of our customer lifecycle. We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven individual, that wants to step up and push improvement across our campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and project management skills with a proven track record in managing Marketing Cloud journeys.
Key Responsibilities- Working with business unit stakeholders and CRM team
- Plan, build and manage marketing automation workflows in our ESP platform for campaigns across email, WhatsApp and push notifications
- Liaising with business units, creative and copy stakeholders to coordinate a well thought out user journey across our customer and student lifecycle, in multiple languages
- Own campaign execution and customer journeys including segmentation, automation and personalisation in Marketing Cloud and act as first point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues
- Look to continually enhance and improve our customer journeys
- Provide support to other marketing cloud users on ad hoc email sends and data extensions
- 2+ years experience in a marketing automation role, at least 1 year in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (including content builder, journey builder, automation studio)
- Knowledge of SQL, and commitment to continue developing skills
- HTML/CSS experience working with emails
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, data infrastructure and sources
- Basic knowledge of AMPScript, desired but not essential
- Motivated to learn and grow within the role
