Job purpose:
To support the delivery of the Housing Executive’s land and property acquisition programme through the identification, appraisal, negotiation and progression of land and property acquisitions. The postholder will provide professional and technical support in relation to land assembly, acquisitions, regeneration projects and housing development opportunities, ensuring compliance with policy, governance and statutory requirements.
