IT Service & Contract Management Analyst

Ref: 2026-138

Location: 2 Adelaide Street, Belfast

Salary: £32,597 – £36,363 per annum. We also have an excellent defined benefit pension scheme.

The IT Service & Contract Management Analyst will work as part of a team responsible for dealing with a range of issues for internal customers across the organisation, including Incident and Service Request Management, Change and Problem Management, Contract Management, Asset Management, Cyber Security, Communications and IP Telephony Infrastructure Support. This will also involve liaising closely with a number of IT Service providers.

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

  1. Either

Possess a HND or equivalent level

  • qualification (Level 5*) in a relevant IT related subject.

And

  • Can demonstrate at least 1 year’s relevant experience within the last 5 years of working within an IT Service desk role. (Please include dates)

Or

  • Can demonstrate at least 2 years’ relevant experience within the last 5 years of working within an IT Service desk role. (Please include dates)

And

  • Can demonstrate continued professional development including the attainment of relevant learning/qualifications.

It will be the responsibility of the applicant to demonstrate equivalency

  1. Can demonstrate relevant experience in at least 3 of the following areas:
  • A) Incident management
  • B) Problem management
  • C) Change management
  • D) Contract/SLA management
  • E) IT Asset management
  • F) Continual service improvement
  • G) Cyber Security
    • A) Microsoft Certifications – MCP
    • B) Cyber Security – CompTIA Security+, CISMP
    • C) Networks – CISCO
    • Can demonstrate experience in the management / maintenance of Networking and Infrastructure equipment3. Can demonstrate experience in the use of Microsoft Office productivity tools.
      • 4. Possess a current driving licence and have access to a form of transport that enables them to meet the requirements of the post in full

Desirable Criteria

  1. IT Industry recognised certifications in a relevant subject area such as:
