Job purpose:
The Facilities Services Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of all facility services within the Housing Executive’s office estate, including (but not limited to) soft facilities such as cleaning, security, waste management, H&S compliance.
To contribute to the provision of a modern, professional and responsive Facilities and Accommodation service to support NIHE business delivery and our vision and values.

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

- management and monitoring of contracts to ensure value for money is achieved.
- 3. Possess a current driving licence or have access to a form of transport that will permit the candidate to meet the requirements of the post in full.
- B) Exceptionally, can demonstrate 5 years’ relevant experience in managing contracts, supplier relationships, and procurement activities and can demonstrate continued professional development including the attainment of relevant qualifications. (Please include dates)Either
- A) Possess a Level 6* qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline [such as business management, procurement, commercial management, facilities management, property management, governance, project management or a related field] and can demonstrate at least two years’ relevant experience managing contracts, supplier relationships, and procurement activities.
- B) Exceptionally, can demonstrate 5 years’ relevant experience in managing contracts, supplier relationships, and procurement activities and can demonstrate continued professional development including the attainment of relevant qualifications. (Please include dates)Either
